Do you accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) orders?

No, we don’t accept cash or C.O.D.

Can I pay by paypal?

Answer: Yes, we do accept paypal payment for US and Canada buyers. We only ship to paypal confirmed shipping address. If your paypal shipping address is unconfirmed or you want to ship to a gift address, please pay by money order or cashier check.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmericanExpress.

I am an international buyer, How to pay by western union money order?

To pay by western union money order, 1st, Please search on www.westernunion.com to find your local nearest western union office. 2nd, go to your local western union office to buy a western union money order, and get a MTCN#(Money Transfer Control Number). 3rd, Email us your MTCN#. 4th, We will use the MTCN# to our local western union office to pick up your payment.

I am an international buyer, do you accept paypal payment for international orders?

No, we only accept paypal payment with paypal confirmed shipping address for US or Canada buyers. Other international buyers please pay by western union money order, or international money order.

Do you accept pick up?

No, we don't provide will call service since our insurance company doesn't allowed.

When will my items be shipped?

All items will be shipped out in the next 1-3 working business days after buyer's payment is received or cleared (except FedEx Standard Overnight/2Day/3Days which will be shipped the the same working business day if order has been placed before 1PM PST).

How long can I receive my items once they are shipped out?

For US orders, It usually takes about 4-8 working business days via USPS First Class. Package weights within 3 lb (each flag,0.3 lb), we will ship via USPS Post office. More than 3 lbs, we will ship via FedEx Ground.

Can I get a tracking number?

Yes, all the shipment comes with a tracking number. The tracking number will be automatically sent to your email address once shipping label has been prepared. If you can't find the tracking number in your Inbox, please try to check your Spam/Trash/Junk mail box.

Do you ship to International?

No, currently we don't ship to International.

The item I received is damaged or has defect. What can I do?

All shipping damage or defective item must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date. Please keep all the original shipping materials and send us the pictures of the damaged flag. If the damage belong to shipping damage, we will file damage claim to against the shipping company. If it is manufacture defective, we will issue a RMA# for customer to return it for replacement. Absolutely Do Not accept any Returns AFTER 7 DAYS from the delivery date.

What should I do when I need to return the item?

All returned packages must have RMA# on the outside of the package. Please contact us to get a RMA# before you send the package back. Please pack the package well with all the original packing materials in case of shipping damage. Please let us know the shipping carrier company name and tracking number once you shipped it out. We will ship a brand new item once have received buyers' returned package.

Can I get a discount if buy multiple items?

Yes. We do wholesale and retail. Price are different & listed under each style.
